This comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath unit is a great fit for anyone needing a clean, spacious place to stay—whether you're here for work, school, or just a visit. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and there’s also a sofa and an extra sleeping option in the living area. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, so you can relax or get some work done with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a Keurig, cookware, and a dining table for four. There are also two desk areas if you need to work remotely during your stay. You’ll find fresh towels and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom, plus an on-site washer and dryer to make longer stays more convenient. Outside, enjoy a private backyard with a few trees, a small patio area, and a grill—great for a little fresh air and downtime. Please note: While we’ve made a number of updates like granite counters, re painted cabinets, appliances, and fresh paint, this is still an older property. If you don’t mind a few minor imperfections here and there, we’d be happy to have you stay with us. Guest Identification Requirements: We reserve the right to request copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs for safety and security purposes -------- For bookings made more than 24 hours before check-in: Copies of driver’s licenses or government IDs, along with a full list of guests, must be provided within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. For same-day bookings: All requested documents must be provided before check-in. Failure to comply will result in cancellation. -------- • Please keep doors and windows closed and locked, especially when not in the unit. • Some of our units are on the second floor and require climbing stairs. Please do not lean on the railings, and remember that stairs can be slippery when wet. • Zero drug policy: violators will be reported to authorities. • No smoking: $500 fee per violation. • No parking on the grass: $50 fee per violation. • Must be 25 or older to book. • This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome under adult supervision. There is no child safety equipment. • Pets (if approved) must be on a leash in public areas. The pet fee covers normal wear and tear. By staying, you accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by your pet. Please clean up after pets. Restricted breeds are not allowed. • We reserve the right to charge for excessive utility use if usage is abnormally high. • Retaliatory reviews will be removed. • A signed lease agreement is required for stays over 7 days. It must be signed within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled. Long-term bookings must be manually approved. • We may require background checks for all guests. • Florida has insects year-round, and we perform regular pest control. However, leaving doors or windows open can still let bugs in. Negative reviews based on insects will be removed. • Hot surfaces caution: appliances like the stove can become extremely hot. Please use caution and keep children and pets away. Liability Release: By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to your stay, including (but not limited to) the use of stairs, railings, hot surfaces, grills, barbecues, gardens, volleyball nets, or any other amenities provided. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
