Our goal is to provide healthy, peaceful and pleasant environment for all our guests. - we have zero drug policy, violators will be reported to authorities - no smoking. $500 smoking fee per violation - no parking on the grass. $50 per violation ~Must be 25 or older to book. ~This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome with their parents. Please note: there is no child safety equipment used in this house. The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents. ~Please make sure to close and lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. ~Pets have to be on the leash at all time when in public areas. Pet fee covers only additional wear and tear on the property. By staying with us pets owners agree that they are fully responsible for all damages and injuries that result from their pets. Pets owners have to clean after the pets. Owners of the property can’t be held liable for any issues that result from the pets brought by the guests. Restricted breeds not allowed. - we reserve right to collect ID/Driving license and list of all guests occupying the property. If not delivered within 24h or prior booking reservation will be cancelled. - we reserve a right to charge for excessive use of utilities, that won't happen unless there is abnormal usage - retaliatory reviews will be removed - we require signed lease agreement for extended stays over 7 days. The lease agreement has to be signed within 24 hours. If not the reservation will be cancelled. Long term bookings have to be manually approved. We reserve right to require background checks for all guests staying in the house. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Liability Release: By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to your stay, including (but not limited to) the use of stairs, railings, hot surfaces, grills, barbecues, gardens, volleyball nets, or any other amenities provided. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
