Welcome to our exclusive, four unit resort style community built in 2022. Each of our units is 3 bed 2 bath and features fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light in living room. Our backyard is the best kept secret in Pensacola. Fully fenced, features two grills, fire pit, pergola, gazebo, volleyball net with beautiful mature palm trees all around it. It's a perfect place to start morning with a coffee or unwind and relax after long day. It can easy accommodate multiple large groups at the same time. The parking is situated at the back of the community and is very secure. We allow up three cars per unit at our premises, and unlimited parking off-street. The community is very conveniently located just few minutes from downtown and Pensacola best restaurants and less than 20 minutes from the beach in a normal traffic conditions. NAS is also less than 20 minutes away. We are great for either vacation seekers, remote workers, military or nursing personnel. Whether you are coming for few days or stay with us longer we hope you enjoy this special place to call home. * This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome with their parents. Please note: there is no child safety equipment used in this house. The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents. * Guests 25+ only preferred. * For security and safety purposes of our property and other guests we reserve right to collect a copy of ID, and require signed contract - standard Florida lease agreement, conduct background checks. Pet fee covers only additional wear and tear on the property. By staying with us pets owners agree that they are fully responsible for all damages and injuries that result from their pets. Pets owners have to clean after the pets. Owners of the property can’t be held liable for any issues that result from the pets brought by the guests. Restricted breeds not allowed. - we reserve a right to charge for excessive use of utilities, that won't happen unless there is abnormal usage - retaliatory reviews will be removed - we require signed lease agreement for extended stays over 7 days. The lease agreement has to be signed within 24 hours. If not the reservation will be cancelled. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

It must be signed within 24 hours or the reservation will be canceled. Long-term bookings must be manually approved. • We may require background checks for all guests. • Florida has insects year-round, and we perform regular pest control. However, leaving doors or windows open can still let bugs in. Negative reviews based on insects will be removed. • Hot surfaces caution: appliances like the stove can become extremely hot. Please use caution and keep children and pets away. ### Utilities Utilities are included in your stay and are intended for normal residential use. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, TVs, fans, and other electronics when not in use. Keep all windows and exterior doors closed while the air conditioning or heat is running. To help prevent damage to the A/C system, the thermostat is limited to a minimum setting of **72°F** and cannot be adjusted below that. Please report any plumbing leaks, running toilets, or HVAC issues as soon as you notice them. **Abnormal or excessive utility usage that is significantly above normal residential consumption may result in additional charges.** Examples include leaving doors or windows open while the A/C is running, operating unauthorized high-power equipment, or other wasteful or negligent use of utilities. Liability Release: By booking this property, you and all members of your party acknowledge and assume all risks related to your stay, including (but not limited to) the use of stairs, railings, hot surfaces, grills, barbecues, gardens, volleyball nets, or any other amenities provided. You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
